Our Process

  • Gathering of background information about the Client, and the roles to be filled, understanding the most important skills and attitudes required for the roles.

  • Contacting potential candidates, engaging them in a dialogue and briefly presenting the opportunity we are working with to make a first qualification on skills and interest. Screening the interested candidates’ CVs and having a follow-up qualifying call with the interested candidates. Interviewing the interested candidates face-to-face that seem to suit the position.

  • Presenting the interested candidates to the Client with a candidate report together with the respective CVs when available.

  • Supporting the Client in their interview process by scheduling interviews, following-up with the candidates and the Client about the impressions from each meeting. Giving Feedback to Client and Candidate.

  • Taking references on candidates when requested by the Client. Pre-closing discussions with Candidate and Client to hear expectations and offer intentions so that when an offer is made it’s one the candidate is ready accept.

  • For the first months following the candidate start date we’ll keep in touch with the candidate and client to hear how things are going and smooth out any bumps in the road as well as relay the positive feedbacks.
